Keith Middleton, Chief
Keith Middleton started his career in 1989 as a Stanford Police Officer. He then worked for the Danville Police Dept. in the K-9 Division. Keith returned to Stanford in 1995 as Commander of the Patrol Division. He  was promoted to Stanford Police Chief in 1997 and continues to serve his community as Chief today.
 


 

Barry Allen, Captain
Barry Allen started his career at the Stanford Police Dept. in 2004. He was then promoted to Detective in the Criminal Investigations Division in 2006. Barry was then transfered to Captain of the Patrol Division in 2010 where he is serving today.
 
 
 
T.J. Hill, Admin. Sergeant
T.J. Hill served as a Capt. in the United States Army working at the Pentagon in Washington DC from 1996 to 1998. He then started his career at the Stanford Police Dept. in 1998. He was promoted to Administrative Sgt. for the Patrol Division in 2005 where he is still currently serving.

 

 

 

Rick Dye, Patrol Sergeant
Rick Dye started serving for the Stanford Police Dept. in 2004 as a Patrol Officer and was  promoted to Patrol Sergeant in 2009 where he is currently serving today.
 

 

 

 

Rick Edwards, Detective
Rick Edwards started as a Liberty Police Officer in 1983. Rick served a term for Stanford in 1987 . He then served for the Mount Sterling Police Dept. in 1992.  Rick returned to Stanford In 1999 as Detective. He was then promoted to Captain in 2004 over the Patrol Division. Rick was then transferred back to Detective in 2010 where he is today.
 
 
Kenny McDaniel, Arson Investigator
Kenny McDaniel serves as the Stanford Police Department's Arson Investigator and is currently serving as Chief for the Stanford City Fire Department. You can visit his web site at www.stanfordcityfire.com 
 
  
 
 
 
Tim Morris, Patrolman
Tim Morris started his career with the EKU Police Dept. He then served as an Instructor for the Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT). He is currrently employed with the Stanford Police Dept. Patrol Division. 
  
 
 
 
 
Rob Wilson, Patrolman
Rob Wilson started his career with the Liberty Police Dept. in 1989.  He then served for the Dept. of Corrections in 1996 to 2005.  He graduated from Lindsey Wilson college in 1996 with a degree in Social Science. He came to the Stanford Police Dept. in 2005 where he is currently serving in the Patrol Division. Rob Wilson was deployed to Iraq in 2006 and served with the Army 1st Calvery Division and is currently active with the National Guard.
 
 
 
 
Zach Middleton, Patrolman
Zach Middleton started his career with the Stanford Police Department in 2008. He has completed the Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Zach Middleton is currently serving in the Patrol Division.
 
 
 
 
 
Jason Fawley, Patrolman
Jason Fawley started his career with the Stanford Police Department in 2009. He has completed the Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT) and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Jason Fawley is currently serving in the Patrol Division.
